I think a summer ale along the lines of Sam Adams Summer Ale, should be quick. But then I thought I'd brew an Irish Red Ale, I saw an AG recipe here yesterday that looked really nice.

Thanks, I'm really glad to be back. Funny how a change in situation can make SWMBO decide it's a good thing to brew your own beer/wine/mead. The Mead is how I got her hooked.
