Been out the country/homebrew business for the last 3 years, but I think its time to jump back in. Need to get all new equipment and will probably start back at extract batches again. Think I'm going to try for smaller batches in the 2-3gallon range so I have a little bit more freedom to experiment and mitigate the consequences of my stupidity. Good to be back. I'm sure I'll be asking some of the same beginner questions again that I did 5 years ago and was helping answer not long after.
