If you could reproduce any micro brew out there, what would it be?

I couldnt just choose 1, but if i had to it would be the local cheese-steak sports bar that i go to, there Hellraiser Blonde Ale, man its good along with a nice cheese steak (they wont give up the recipe, ive asked)

I've honestly not found a beer I can place above all of my favorites. I definitely love a few more than others, especially Weihenstephaner Weissbier, Bell's Two Hearted Ale and Great Lakes Edmond Fitzgerald Porter to name a few...

Old Speckled Hen. I think Orfy has a recipe up for it, I just have not tried it yet. A bar in Asheville had it on tap for awhile when I lived there... It grew on me like kudzu on an old barn. Heck of a beer. Never had a bottle that was worth it, only draft.
