I keep Amarillo around most of the time. It is great in combination with something citrusy like Cascade.

I just made a Amarillo Smash and it was quite good.

I never thought i'd have the problem of having too much beer. Guess the real problem is refrigerated storage and lack of it.

Only problem with that, is that it's the Morebeer "hopmarket". They will not furnish dates on these hops. Therefore they are old. Just my opion.

I was just joking.
I use hops from MoreBeer without problem. They're typically packaged in nitrogen-purged foil pouches and smell great.
I haven't bought the "hop market" items though because I really don't use boatloads of hops like a lot of folks.
