0.7 oz - Santiam, Type: Pellet, AA: 3.9, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 9.95
1 oz - Cascade, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.3, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 13.91
1 oz - Cascade, Type: Pellet, AA: 6.3, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 4.58

The yeast really makes this a great recipe. It gets out of the way of the malt and hops and allows both to shine.
This beer is all Cascade flavor and aroma up front and mellow grainy maltyness in the finish. A very easy drinker.
