Hey all, so I've got a pretty standard 25' stainless immersion chiller. Looking to use it reverse-style with my zymatic. Right now the plan is to just put the chiller into a utility sink and fill the basin...but I think that strikes me as a bit wasteful. I was stumbling around the net and found the image below of a copper CFC where the counteflow parts are all plastic? and I'm wondering if I can do this with my stainless steel chiller.
