So my first solo brew was almost done without any problems. Until about a cup of my icebath spilled over to my nearly chilled wort. So, I relit my burner and brought it back to a boil. Am I ok?

I don't know what the seasoned vets will say but I would think it was fine before the boil....it's only a cup

I personally wouldn't have even reboiled it and would've just went with it.

Time will tell, but I think you'll be just fine!

If you're like me, your ice bath probably contained chlorinated tap water. Not too many nasties live in that, which is kinda the point!

Cheers!
