I want to make my own ties

I want to make the ties of my beer, but I do not know how to do it. I use canva to make the labels, but I have no idea of the size and shape I can make. Can someone give me some tips

Bow ties are easier and (IMHO) more decorative.
If you know how to make a bow tie, get some 1.5" ribbon. Easy peasy….
