I need help with my stir plate build Please.

I can't seem to figure this wiring out it's all new parts. Pwm controller new 12v fan. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? It should be easy but not for me I can't seem to get the fan turning. Thanks

Ok I got the fan running but I put them all in the power side. I can't adjust speeds at all

Ok, referencing your last picture, from right to left the terminal block connections should be the positive side of your power supply, then the negative side, then the positive side of the fan, finally the negative side of the fan.

So, what are you using for a power supply? It should be 12V minimum...

If I attach the power cord straight to the fan without pwm controller it works but then I have no speed adjustment.

From this view motor -,motor +, power -,power +. wires power cord on motor side and fan on power side(just testing it out)

That's a 5VDC supply.
It will not work.
You need at least a 12VDC supply...

Like day said. You're running a 5VDC power supply into a PWM that is 10v minimum according to the ebay page into what I assume is a 12v fan.

Please be careful with electricity, I think you need to do a bit more research.
