Hey brewing buddies!!

I just realised I have a very short time frame before I won't be able to brew for a while due to some house sitting and temp accommodation for a couple of months, but am hoping to fit a final brew in before that starts... looking for a simple pale or red ale recipe, probably no dry hopping at all to minimise time and additional threat of infection/oxidation...

Suggestions?

Just do a simple low gravity pale ale with a yeast that works fast. It's as easy as 95% 2 row and 5% crystal 40, hop at 60, 10 & 0 to 30 ibu, and ferment with WY 1968.

If you're not keen on crystal malt, use 5% victory and maybe another 5% munich.

Another suggestion for a very simple pale ale 80-90% 2 row, 10-20% Vienna or munich. All cascade hops @ 60, 30, 10,0 and like rhys333 suggested ballpark of 30 IBU is fine. Yeast WY 1056 or US-05. This will give you a drinkable tasty beer
