So I joined back in November I think. I must have overlooked the intro section. So here I am
I started with doing a hard cider, which failed miserably. along with the following two cider recipes. So I gave up on hard cider and was looking into real brewing. Got myself a turkey fryer and made a mash tun. Ive brewed 7 batches of all grain now, and just finished building my 3 tier system, which is going to be used for the first time tomorrow. I have used a few recipes from the respective section, and also utilised the DIY section for several projects. This is great forum for homebrewers and I'm glad to be part of it.
