Nothing more gratifying than accomplishing something on your own. Tonight, it was getting liquored up on my own beer! I kegged my first gluten free Honey Ale last weekend. I cold crashed it, racked to keg and then shook the heck out of it and let it sit at 10 psi @ 38° all week and tonight finally had a taste of it. Pretty darn good for my first beer, I'd have to say.

Sounds great!

(Nice time- don't fill the keg and shake it. No need for that, and it can stir up sediment and impact head retention. Letting it sit for a week is great, and no shaking!)
