VERY NICE MAN!! I wish i knew how to weld! Its one of those things i have always water to learn just never have! I have been thinking about making one with ablg aluminum and just use bolts to put it together!! very nice job!

I don't recall. I have had it for years. Try a google search for "dumbbell stir bar" or some such thing.
