Hey all, I've been lurking around this sight for almost a year now and have found it worth my while to be on here as much as I can, and been learning more every time I look on here. Only three batches down but steadily progressing to all grain, 1st extract, 2nd extract plus steep, 3rd partial mash.

Agreed, My Scottish 70/- is playing tricks on me. Put it in the primary about 30 hours ago. No airlock activity yet. Not panicking yet just starting to wonder. Looked in it this morning, had good krausen..... must be a leaky bucket.... damn bucket.

Ottawa is a nice town. I regularly drive through there on my way home.
