Hudepohl, Schoenling, Burger, Wiedemann Clone Recipes

I am looking to brew some of the beers of my youth growing up in Cincinnati Ohio.

Has anyone successfully cloned recipes for the vintage beers brewed by Hudepohl, Schoenling, Burger, or Wiedemann beers?

I have searched and searched and have not found any leads.

I believe the aroma of Vienna Malt and Saaz hops remind me of the vintage Hudepohl beer.

Any suggestions/guidance would be appreciated.

I would be interested in Yazoo's Gerst clone (Morelein-Gerst so ties to Cincinnati) and Little Kings too.

Being a Cincinnati native I would be interested also. Especially Hudy or Burger.
