How's this look for secondary?

Okay here's a belgian dubbel that was in primary for 3 weeks and is now in secondary. I am going to let it sit 4-6 weeks then bottle.

My question is how's the headspace look? I think its okay and had enough CO2 released during transfer to protect it. This is in a 3 gallon carboy.

it looks like you you need to brew bigger batches and get bigger carboys for the bigger batches. head space looks proportionately fine though.
