My name is Kevin, I’m a 5th year PhD student in Berkeley, trying my hand at some homebrews. So far, I’ve made a smaller batch cider (which turned out really nice and crisp) and two larger batch ales, one pale and one blonde (both of which actually turned out quite dark, but are still tasty!). Hoping to contribute / learn from this resource to better my craft!
