I've been lurking here for a while and decided to introduce myself.
After a 6 year hiatus from brewing, I've decided to get back into the hobby. Unlike before, I'm no longer a broke college student and can now buy quality equipment! The beat up garage sale turkey fryer has been replaced with a Blichmann burner and a 10 gallon kettle.
I decided to skip bottling this time around and go straight to kegging. Yesterday I kegged a nut brown, racked an IPA to the secondary, brewed an AK47 kit, and an English Bitter.
I only have two empty kegs right now, so hopefully people will drink off the nut brown this weekend!
