Some things I brew foam more than others. Pineapple, for instance. I'm looking for an herbal/ chemical solution to the foaming.
Some of my blends, a quarter of a glass fills the glass with foam. Others barely foam at all under the same conditions. I'm looking to make the first kind more like the last type.
Explicitly: I know about balancing lines, reducing pressures where it's dispensed. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm looking for something I can add to my brew that will reduce the foaming.
Ideally, it's a healthy product. I don't want to use silicones, or antifreeze additives, or anything of the sort. I'm looking for an easy, healthy way to cut down excessive foam— any suggestions?
