I've had a homemade lacto starter going for a couple weeks now and I'll be pitching into a Berliner Weisse tomorrow...my question is HOW to pitch it? I've searched for a thread and can't find one. Should I strain the liquid from the crushed grains and pitch that? Recommendations welcome...

I haven't made a lacto starter with grains before. I've only made one as a normal starter that was fermented at a high temperature (~100 degrees, give or take).

To that end, I would decant the solids and pitch the rest.
