Is there anything like HowToBrew for cheese making? I really shouldn't be getting into another hobby like this, but oh well...

- Post some nasty pr0n.
- Get in arguments with the mods.
- Get banninated.
Voila. Cheese! :rockin:

zoebisch01 said:Carroll's book is a good introductory book. It would be sufficient to get one started. But it is less on theory and more of a collection of (authentic) recipes. I recommend it with the understanding to the reader that if they want to go deeper it's not that good. Great to get the feet wet, heck probably enough for many people. But if you want the details of the how's and why's things occur, well that I am still looking for....they do recommend this one. But I can't comment on that one.
Fwiw, Carroll's book reminds me of Papa's information, not Palmer.
