This is a question for anyone who has had Samuel Smith's Raspberry Ale. I want to have as much raspberry flavor as that particular brew. It definitely isn't subtle and very fruit forward. How much raspberry puree should I add to my secondary? My base recipe is 6 LBS LME 1 pound Honey, 1 pound Honey Malt, 1 pound crystal 20/L, 2 ounces cascade hops, wyeast American Ale II.
