How much of this is yeast? (Pic)

This is really my first time I have collected some yeast from my conical and I'm wondering if you can tell if this picture is all yeast, or trub. This may be a stupid question but I'm just not sure. I can't really see a line of differentiation. I opened the valve, let the trub dump, then beer started coming before I could switch to my sterilized container. Looks like yeast.

If you're going to pitch in the next few weeks, just decant the liquid off and pitch that slurry. If past a month, you may want to make a starter.

Use mr malty and weigh it out so I can determine how much to pitch, though it looks about right. I'll be brewing this weekend so I'll just let it rise to temp and pitch.
