Just over a cup for 2 litres. Which I need to figure out how dry ounces convert to cup size, duh! I'm looking for it now.

From what I see the dry weight up DME is different for different brands. 3/4 cup of brand X might weigh 6oz and brand Z might weigh 8 depending on moisture content. Sorry I couldn't help.
