First time grower here. I've got four vines (bines?) of centennial growing to the eaves of a rancher (1.5 stories). First year plants growing on three strings (2 are doubled up).

How many oz might I expect off this? I'm planning to brew them immediately, but if the harvest ends up way more than 1 batch, I need to plan a way to dry them in the next few weeks.
