3 gallons traditional, 1 gallon pumpkin pie, 1 gallon blood moon cherry, 1 gallon ginger ale = + 6 gallons

= 590.06

-1 Ginger ale

589.06

Sorry, ginger ale is just what we're calling it and where some of the inspiration came from. It's 3.5 lbs honey and about .5 lbs ginger that will be fermented dry and then primed and bottle carbed. So it is actually a ginger mead.

So +1 = 590.06

:)

Ah gotcha. Actually sounds really good :)

Add another 6 gallons of traditional blackberry honey, 4 gallons of blueberry melomel, and 1 gallon of dandelion metheglin.

605.5 + 11 = 616.5

1 gallon wildflower bochet
1 gallon buckwheat bochet

627.5 + 2 = 629.5 gallons

Dark snowberry mead. Practicing 1 gal before I do 5's. Smells delicious already.

657.5 + 1 = 658.5

8 gal blackberry
1 gal traditional
1 gal Red Headed Shield Maiden

663.5 + 10 = 673.5

My total: 17 gallons

So far:
- 5g JAOM
- 3g Raspberry
- 4x 1g "plain old" meads with different yeasts for side-by-side tests (D47, 1188, Montrachet, active dry bread)
- 3g Apricot/Vanilla
- 1g Cherry
- 1g Ginger/Cinnamon
(Doesn't count the fruit wines, rice wine, etc.)

These are all my first batches, more or less in parallel. So they may actually all end up being really great smelling sewer treatment. But I hope (and think) at least some of them are going to be pretty good.

I'm gonna learn how to do this if it kills me.

Total so far: 736.5

This weekend I added the following in primaries:

- 1g Blueberry
- 1g "Texas Twang"
- 1g Blueberry/Lemon/Mint
- 1g "Lemon/Basil"

745.5
