+5.5 gal whatever 5.5 kg vienna, 20 IBU galena, 1/2 oz amarillo flavour, and a healthy dose of nottingham gets me. Seems like it will be a pale ale of some sort.

+2 gal gyle added to my existing Chocolate Stout OVERFLOW carboy. Some may remember I had about 2.5 gals more than would fit in the intended carboy. I suppose this addition makes a brown or red. I couldn't bear to toss the grain when it still had so much gravity to give. Anyways....
