Currently chilling what will be a 5.5 gal "I have no idea what this will be" batch. Managed to screw up royally and in a frenzy decided it's time to make a half big beer to recover.

So the train of thought quickly became:
- Oh crap
- Need to add more base malts
- Needs heavy hops (~61 IBU)
- Notty might chew through some longer chains than original intended yeast

My LHBS doesn't stock half the hops listed in recipes I see, though I did use FF before with reasonable success. It's decent bittering and citrus hop, almost grapefruity. Half the time they're even sold out of cascade! Anyways, if someone can take a stab at what exactly I'm about to be fermenting it would be greatly appreciated.
