how did you do your blackberry berliner...I have one in the fermenter right now. Used half a container of the Goodbellys lacto planarum...seems to have a lot of blackberry flavor already,nice lingering tartness from the souring,post 2nd boil. I was originally planning on secondary'ing 4 pounds of blackberries but I may cut it back to only 2 pounds+juice or 4 limes.6305 +
