Mason jars and the thread above. Only use liquid yeasts as the dry ones tend to do bad.
 
Does anyone have any tips for washing yeast from a cider as opposed to beer?

I've washed beer yeast many times, but haven't done cider yeast because there is so little sediment left after a batch. Do you follow the same procedure, just end up with only one jar of washed yeast?
 
Same principle, the only real difference would be the volume of yeast, and the lack of hops as an extra preservative.
