A question for users of steamer basket inserts .how much clearance between basket and pot wall is there.I am trying to find a steamer insert for my 70 litre stainless pot .It measures just under 18" diameter but all I can find that will fit in the space above my element is 13.2 " x 12.5"

this gives a space of about 2 " all the way round the basket.
I plan to recirculate BIAB and need to find a basket or rack to fit
