Here is a sample of some posts I put together. The bottom post can be cemented in place if you wish, while the upper portion can be swung down for (relatively) easy harvesting.
I just remove the second bolt from the top and loosen the one above and the one below. The upper portion can then swing down.
I did not show that I used some heavy washers to keep the heads of the bolts, and the nuts, from sinking into the wood. I also counter sunk the holes so the heads do not stick out.
