I'm working on my first AG recipe. I'm aiming for a black IPA with New Zealand hops. Reason being is my lhbs is carrying the hops and is trying to turn people onto using them. Here is what my lhbs carries: Nelson Sauvin, Green Bullet, Motueka, Pacific Hallertau, Hallertau Aroma, & Pacific Jade. What would be the best combination? Do you pick hops to compliment or basically add the same throughout the boil? Thanks in advance.
