Hopping

So im brewing tonight with inspiration being dales pale ale. If i hop at flameout do you get any utilization. Im trying to just get the aroma of the centennial at the end and possibly a small addition of ibus!? Suggestions appreciated!!!

You may get a negligible amount of IBUs, but nothing that would really increase the bitterness like boiling the hops.

are you doing full or partial boil? not that it matters much at flame out, but I'm just curious.

Rough luck on the thermometer. I started a brew day once and discovered my scale was broken. I wound up having to eyeball my hops and oats. That's a bit easier than estimating temperature.

Doing an aroma addition the last couple minutes of the boil worked well in my PM cascade pale ale kit.
