Question twofold:
(1) Has anyone tried to dry hop their cold brew coffee? I've read a few articles about a few roasters that have tried it to great success.
(2) Has anyone on here made the jump from enthusiast to professional? I'm curious about start up cost, minimum equipment requirements, legal/distribution issues, etc
