I recently developed a NEIPA recipe that I was planning on brewing in the coming days. I did have one question regarding the hops. I was planning on just doing 2 oz each of my hops in the whirlpool and 1 oz each in both dry hops. However, I saw that some people use ratios of hops i.e. 1:2:1. What is the reason for this and would my brew benefit from it? I am planning on using an Azacca/Galaxy/El Dorado combo for this brew.
