I'm trying to put together a citrusy, hoppy American wheat and could use some suggestions on the hop bill. I was thinking of using Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook since that's what I have on hand, but I also have some Cascade and an oz of Summit I could use too. Thoughts?

They would work well together.

I often like Centennial and Chinook together. I usually use about equal amounts of each.

Throwing some Amarillo into the mix would taste great.

Just to check back in, I finished the keg of this brew. I ended up going with the following recipe:

0.50 oz Chinook [13.00 %] - Dry Hop 5 Days 0.0 IBUs

Mash Schedule: BIAB, 152F

Essentially 2:1 Amarillo:Centennial. I like that part of the combination, but not the Chinnook in the dry-hop. Turns out I just don't like Chinook. Next time I'll go with Simcoe and/or Columbus instead to round out the classic hop flavor. I wouldn't brew this with the wheat either, maybe pump up the hops for a session IPA. Check out my blog post for the full travails.
