Should be ready by Christmas! When I made it 3 weeks ago I also made dog biscuits for the mutts from a recipe from this website. Mutts love them! Beer came out good, FG came out on target. I noticed with my last beer, Moose Drool, it tasted really good at around 5 weeks in the bottle. This will be drinkable I hope but I bet it will taste better if I let it sit longer. Need a bigger place to make 20 gallon batches!
