I've been storing my hops in vacuum sealed mason jars in the freezer for about 6 months. I love the ease of use, but I think the hops may be losing their aroma quicker than I remember when I was using the bags. I'm not sure if it's the age of the hops or the sealing in the mason jars. I'm guessing there is more air in the jar than there would be in a bag...
