I've made a nice honey wheat, somewhat a clone of boulevards wheat.

6 lbs pilsner malt
3 lbs wheat malt
4 oz gambrinous honey malt

Usually use a quarter ounce galena to bitter, bit of cascade to finish. Shoot for about 15 ibus.
