I'm planning my next brew, a honey cream ale. I want to play with honey and get a little of the flavor into the beer, but not overpower it.

Here's what I have, suggestions?

4 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
2 lbs Pale Malt (6 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
1 lbs 8.0 oz Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM)
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) %
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 20.0 min
1.0 pkg Cream Ale Yeast Blend (White Labs #WLP08 Yeast
1 lbs Honey (1.0 SRM) add at flameout

Sounds amazing to me. I have playing with the the idea of a cream ale for my next brew. I like cascade hops too, Maybe some Maris otter for the 2row?

You might try a quarter pound of honey malt if you are looking for honey flavor in the beer. A pound of honey will not add a lot of flavor. Other than that, it looks good.
