Hello,
I'm an italian homebrewer, I decided to join this forum for two reason:
1) I like very much american homebrewer...you are the first in the world
2) I would like to improve my english (so please correct me if I make mistakes :) )

Welcome, Hindoo. What kind of beers do you like to brew?

hello pappers, I especially like top fermentation beer...the style? ALL :)
I like very much american hops, but only in combination with european one, because americans are too characterizing (is it the right word?) and often for european tongues american beers seems all the same (heretic :D )

Hello hindoo!

Your english looks good to me. Much, much better than my Italian

The only italian beer I've ever had (or seen) is Peroni. Do you drink ales? Does Italy have hoppy IPA's?

it is sad to know that Italy is famous for peroni :(
we have a lot of very good craft beer (and a lot of **** beer obviously :( ). I like very much Almond 22 brewery in pescara. The brewer is very expert with spices and hop combination.. he make pink ipa (italian pale ale :) ) with a lot of hop (I think saphir, simcoe, nelson sauvin) and pink pepper. Such as Birra del borgo, Opperbacco, Toccalmatto, Loverbeer (spontaneus fermentation), Extraomnes, Montegioco, ...
