Home bar air cooling draft sytem advice

I built a bar last summer, this summer i added a sink and converted my old frig to hold my home brew kegs and air cooling system to my bar. I have a 4 in inline duct fan pumping air from my frig to the tower, and a 1/2 return line. all is insulated. You can feel cold air at the tower but it just dosnt seem to cool it down, have not installed the tap tower yet, so havent fully tested it with beer, that will be in a couple weeks. Just woundering would could be done to help cool it, i was thinking of even putting the fan intake from the freezer. Its about 6ft of pvc from frig to tower with 3 elbows. Any help or advice would be great.

Commercial set ups use a squirrel cage fan in the cooler to push air into the duct. Also you need a larger return then 1/2" for the air. Comercial ducting systems have a 2in feed inside of a 3in return. You need to return as much air as you push up to the tower.

Yeah, it's your return. The cross section of the return line is .2 square inches whereas the feed is 12.5 square inches, that's 62x difference!

Without the tower the return isn't a factor because the air is just pushed into the room. The problem of getting the air to the tower is not having the correct type of fan.
