Holiday cider ideas?

Just found a brew shop that stocks bitter and sweet orange peel, vanilla beans etc.

Want to add some items to make a holiday cider that will be ready for Christmas. Any recipe ideas?

I was thinking the same. Can you literally throw a orange peel in primary and away you go??
