I'm officially no longer a lurker. As a complete newbie to home brewing, and lurking for a long time following a fellow members thread, I suddenly jumped in and started my first 5 gallon batch of banana wine. I've never fermented anything intentionally in the past so I am excited to involve myself with what I consider to be not only an art, but an essential life skill Thank you for having me and I look forward to obtaining the diversity of knowledge offered up here.
