I'm selling my HLT/HERMS keggle for $425. It's a 15.5 gallon stainless steel sanke with a ~40 foot stainless steel HERMS coil installed. It has 3 different 3 piece ball valves installed, one on both sides of the HERMS coil as well as a third on the output. There's a 5/8" dip tube that extends down into the bottom dish and drains all but a couple ounces of water. There's a "T" on the output with a 1/4" NPT reducer so you can install a temperature probe from a PID as well. There is also probably another 15 stainless steel odds and ends (threaded nipples, NPT nuts, washers, 45s, compression fittings, etc.). This was all built from Kal's plans documented at http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/hot-liquor-tank but with a keg instead of a Blichman to save some money. Everything is stainless steel on this and it works great. I have maybe 7 brews using it and I am still brewing with it, but I am planning to go to a larger size. If you are using propane for your set up you could also plug the hole for the element and use gas to heat your water. This does not come with the element, box, and cord as pictured, I'll be pulling these and using them on my new HLT once this sells. I'm near BWI airport below Baltimore and would like a face to face transaction.

im in baltimore. is this still available? is price negotiable?

It is still available, but I'm pretty firm on the price. I probably have like 30 hours of labor on this that I am valuing at $0 already. Let me know if you want to see it and I'll PM you my address.
