Thanks to everyone at HBT for the advise with my NB Dead Ringer kit! 
It was my first yeast starter, and my first blowoff tube, which I wouldn't have used without the direction of you fine folks!
For the last 48 hrs. my blowoff tube has been sending bubbles into my star-san growler with the same frequency as the beat of the Ramone's Beat On The Brat!
bloop-bloop-bloop-bloop-bloop-bloop-bloop
And the kraeusen in my bucket has reached as yet unforseen heights!!!
