I think it started on Thursday night. I found a thread on a local forum about home brewing. One chap had gone from a bucket of home brew to owning a micro brewery in 2 years and he had published his story along the way.
Three days later and I have a bucket burping away in the pantry.
Possibly, this started many years ago. I have made a few batches of ginger beer and even tried making some wine. The ginger beer always tasted good, the wine not so much.
Well, that's a little about me.
