I would say I'm an intermediate brewer. Over the last 6 or 7 years ago I've made beer, I've made mead (I've yet to **** up a mead, beer on the other hand), even got bored and did fruit juice concentrate wines, and cereal beers from the store. Laid off for a while, had a buddy get hard back into brewing, and I've jumped back in feet first. I've got a 5 gallons of cream ale in the secondary, we just bottled 2 gallons of irish red, and I'm about to take a crack at my own idea for a summer RIS. Wanted to say hi, thank you for the AMAZING information I've found on this site, and I look forward to contributing and participating.
