I just visited them again last night. Thinking my first fermentation (brown ale) was stuck because I saw no bubbling in the airlock after 3.5 days I got some advice from them. Very friendly and helpful people! Took a gravity reading and it's gone from 1.070 to 1.030 in those 3.5 days.
